Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete a SentientX account from inside the app or request deletion outside the app, which is required for Google Play account-deletion compliance.

Delete from inside the app
- Sign in to your SentientX account.
- Open the Home tab.
- Scroll to Account & Support.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
This removes your profile data from the app, deletes related referral records tied directly to your account, and signs you out.
For security, you may be asked to verify your account again before deletion completes. Password users may need to enter their current password, and Google sign-in users may be asked to confirm their Google account.
Request deletion outside the app
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address connected to your SentientX account.

What is deleted
- Account profile information stored for the app experience.
- Points balance and in-app participation records tied to the deleted account.
- Referral code mapping and referral relationship records connected to your user profile.
What may be retained
- Limited records required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- Operational logs retained for a limited period where necessary to maintain the service.
Processing timeline
In-app deletion takes effect when the request completes successfully. Email requests are reviewed manually and are typically handled within 7 business days.
